SW offices open on Christmas Eve?

Does anyone know if SW offices will be open on Christmas Eve and if it will be for a full day? The website only mentions being closed on the 25th, 26th and 1st but I'd be surprised if they open on the 24th. I'm a substitute teacher who won't be paid for the 2 weeks of the holidays and will need to sign on.
