    Hello, I am looking to buy or build a htpc or a media box
    Budget: 200
    Usage: Living room (ethernet) and holiday home (no internet)
    uTorrent for downloading (remote desktop or utorrent remote)
    Probably 24/7 if quiet enough - decent power efficiency
    XBMC or Boxee or Mymovies or WMC - I currently use/prefer XBMC
    Can be linux or Windows but must have torrents
    I wont really be using any big storgage for internal - USB or SDcard should be fine
    USB 3.0 preferably for portable HD (where movies are)
    720p is a must, 1080p would be a bonus

    Could you recommend me a setup
