Give him a bloody smack and a lump of coal if he can't go a month without suspensions! ;) Kids these days.

Check komplett.ie or pixmania for cheapest prices on that lump of coal ;)

Why not just go into Currys? they have them now all over the country. The cheapest you'll find a N7 is €240 in argos anyway

    It's 250 everywhere else

Ordered the 16gb Nexus 7 from vikingdirect.ie for €179 euro.

Delivery tomorrow. Best price I have seen around!

Yeah, have a look through this thread guys! You get a free gift with Viking too!

I didn't get the option of selecting a free gift. I will wait and see if they send one with it :)

I think with Viking, you'd need to add the gift to your order (As in, add the product code of the free gift to the order). Afaik, they don;t include it unless you specify!

I got one for €239 in hmv in sligo. I assume they are that price in all hmvs.

That Viking price is excluding vat. Not so competitive when you add that.

Yep they are - seems the cheapest around

Its €179 including VAT for the 16gb. How is that not competitive?

My brother told me his girl friend paid 200 sterling for an 8gb model when they first came out.

They are also offering Sennheiser headphones (marked €49.99) at 1/2 price with the Nexus.
    I think they are hd218 ??

Why don't you give him the one you ordered from the Sun?
