What is the difference between a santa fe and a tuscon please?

The Santa Fe is bigger.

Original model Tucson and Santa Fe ad a 116hp 2.0 diesel

The Tucson got an upgrade to 140hp and 6 speed around 2006

New model Santa Fe with 2.2 diesel came out in 2005. Good bit bigger, based on 7 seat passenger model

Tucson doesn't have a flat floor in the back.

are these reliable machines as like the look of the 06 model of santa fe but probably not a proper off roader like the landcruiser and do you get the 5yr warranty with them

You get 3 years 100000 km on commercials.
The santa fe 2.2s seem to be having engine issues,
Tucson 6 speed seems robust. Uncle has one since 2007.

I had an older model, 2001, good to drive but not much power for towing anything and not a great looker either.
is it the same length of warranty on the passenger vehicles.
what are the engine issues with the newer model?

The passenger cars had 3 years unlimited, now they have 5 unlimited.

Early tucsons would be the same mechanically as what you have
