Just saw Byrne's fight and he did very well. I thought he might have nicked it as I gave him 1,2,3,6 & 8, but 3 was very close, so no complaints.
    Well done.

If that shows me anything its that Kell Brook will never be a world class fighter Brook scraped by Jones and looking at Jones from that god he is nothing special at all if Brook will be exposed by a top class fighter for what he is an overhyped average boxer

    Not sure about that.
Brook easily outboxed Jones for 6 rounds, then just ran out of steam. That's when it became interesting. In terms of skill Brook was in a different class.

Devon Alexander will expose him in January. It's pretty good he's fighting Devon and not someone like Maidana/Rios/Matthyse because he would get brutally KTFO

    No love for Brook....

Dean's fight with Carson will tell you this about Kell Brook...... Nothing.

Kell dominated Carson for 6 or 7 rounds. He got lazy and decided to brawl but he has talent. His next fight will tell us a lot about him.

It tells us he scraped past a very average fighter indeed not suprising its Alexander he is fighting i fancy Devon to win on points but as has been said if he was fighting a big puncher he would get knocked out badly Brook has decent skills but not near enough to be a top class fighter in my view

I think he'll beat Alexander. I also feel he'd beat Maidana and Rios (who's seriously overrated). Matthyse is a different story, but he's operating at Light Welter, so that probably won't happen in the near future.

I fancy Alexander. TBH I don't think Maidana or Rios are anything special I just think their relentless style would get to Brook. Matthyse is from the same mould, but more effective, and as you said currently campaigning at 140, doing a pretty good job of terrorising the division recently. Looking forward to the fight in January anyway.

Dean was the highlight of last night. A bit fitter and he would have won. He boxed beautifully on the move. Had he a bit more stamina and energy he would have been able to unload even more leather as opposed to ducking and diving.
