What settings would I get on GTA IV with this setup?

Also, I presume it's overclock-able? I won't need a better motherboard etc.. ?

Yes the z77 chipset on that motherboard with the k series cpu and a non stock heatsink means it will overclock good.

I would think you would max the settings on GTA IV no problem and can even install some of the high end graphics mods and textures.

Good call man, a Z97 would have been a great buy back in 2012!

In saying that though, look at the price of that RAM! :eek:

The R9 270 is a slightly faster card and 15 euro cheaper than the 7850
