    Hi
My friends company has decided to wind up it's pension scheme, more or less saying it's costing too much.

It receives a large government grant as it is a national institution not directly civil service more semi state, "Non commercial state sponsored body"

Surly the company is part of the Croke park agreement in which case terms of employment/pensions can not be touched until 2014.

    Any feedback appreciated.

No, to my knowledge the Croke Park Agreement does not apply to "Non commercial state sponsored body".
