What's the best type of air nozzle to get for a JG G36c? I've got good compression between the cylinder and cylinder head but bad compression between the cylinder head and air nozzle, would a metal or plastic one be better? and what brand? is the ARES Metal one or Ultimate plastic one any good?

Most aftermarket nozzle's are better than the stock one's regardless, once they have a O-ring built into them, their a safe enough bet and good seal, Used a Ultimate plastic one to fix a buddy of mine JG g36 and worked a treat and fixed up air leak between nozzale and cylinder head.

Their is a arguement out their to say plastic nozzle are better than metal but thats a headache I don't want to start and if anything not worth debating over a few fps.

    Hope that helps mate.

Just to mention, I think the Ares metal ones only fit into Ares or Star AEG's. If I remember right the base ring on them is a slightly different fit.

I could be wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me if so;).

Thanks I'll go with an ultimate plastic one, I've measured the stock one I have and its 25mm, the other G36 ones are 24mm so the JG ones must be slightly different, sometimes they put different length nozzles in,
I've read online that an AUG one is 25mm and works perfectly in the JG G36 so I'll get one of them
