The tireless Wexford Wheelers now present the following:

From inside the Medical car, at the Tour of Beijing 2012, by Dr David Curtis; Wexford Wheelers.

Following such a successful standing room only, initial showing at Wexford Boat Club, this fascinating insight into the Tour of Beijing, by Dr David Curtis, moves on to a Waterford City venue in January 2013.

Dr David Curtis of Wexford Wheelers was the chief UCI race doctor for the 2011 and 2012 tour of Beijing. David presents an up close and personal documentary of the 2012 Tour of Beijing, using footage shot from inside the chief medical car of the race.

The presentation is 1.5 hours, of mixed videos, stories, one to one conversations and observations of David, from meeting UCI officials, the riders, the stories of the teams, the medical teams, the environmental conditions in Beijing, the racing, and the organisational handling .

A truly fascinating story, of endless pictures and live video clips, as could never be caught by the television cameras.

Insightful, fascinating, like a book that cannot be out down.

After an initial standing room only presentation at Wexford Boat Club, the presentation moves to Waterford City in January , for delivery to a wider south east audience.

Catch this unique presentation, prepared with passion and fun, in the south east in January. Not to be missed.

Wexford Wheelers, again cordially invite all of our neighbours in the south east to this fascinating story. From the initail showing in Wexford tonight, to a packed venue, David held the audience fascinated for the entire presentation.

A presentation compiled with passion and fun, and a truly unique insight into how the professional world of cycling works on tour. Not to be missed. It is truly not like any documentary on cycling, that you have ever seen , or will ever see on television.

    Nominal charge to cover expense.

    Details to be confirmed.
