Water leaking in from soft top

Hello all, I wonder if anyone here has the same problem with their soft top ? I never really noticed it in the summer, but over the last few weeks with the rain it's become pretty bad. It's an MX5 and in great condition except for this, I'm worried that's going to change though if water gets into the electrics. Any help on how to fix this myself would be greatly appreciated as last time I went to a mechanic I was charged 50 euro just to change a fuse. Yep, I think they saw me coming :o

Just to add for clarity, there is no holes in the roof, the water is leaking in through the top of the doors/windows.
