Accessories for Sony NEX 5N

These are all lens accessories, so what camera you're using doesn't matter. There's nothing about them specific to NEX cameras or the 5-N in particular -all that matters is the filter diameter of the lens you're using.

The kit seems to come with a load of adapter rings.

    1x 46mm-52mm Adapter Ring
    1x 49mm-52mm Adapter Ring
    1x 55mm-52mm Adapter Ring
    1x 58mm-52mm Adapter Ring

the filters themselves are all 52mm.

So, if your lens has a 52mm filter thread, then you'll just use the filters directly on the lens.
If your lens has a 46, 49, 55 or 58 mm filter thread, then you'll use that adapter, and then put the filter on that.
If your lens has another size filter thread, you'll have to get an adapter elsewhere.

If you look at the front of your lens, you should see a O with a diagonal line through it, and a number. This is the filter diameter for that lens. 46, 49, 52, 55 and 58 mm are very common filter sizes, that I'd say cover all the current native E-mount lenses. I can think of A-mount lenses with different filter diameters (for Sony DSLR/SLTs), but not E-mount ones for the NEX mirrorless cameras.

The standard kit lens with the 5N was the Sony E 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS, which has a 49mm filter, so chances are that's the lens you'll get with the camera (although, there are other kits available). Assuming that's it, then you'll be able to use your filters with the 46mm-52mm adapter provided with the kit.
