Hi, I'm going for an interview in big homeware chain tomorrow for a general shop floor christmas job, I have no idea what to wear. A suit seems a bit much. Would trousers, jumper, shirt and maybe a tie do? Or what? Thanks for any tips!

When in doubt, wear a suit.

But slacks, shirt, tie, jumper, clean new shoes are probably fine.
