Database Hosting Query

    Hi.

    I am looking to move some websites I currently have hosted elsewhere to your servers. The question I have before I setup a new account is do we have access to import MySQL and MSSQL databases into a hosting account at Blacknight? Also, will these databases be open to the web as to allow me to access them with the tools on my own desktop?

    On our shared hosting you have access to phpmyadmin (mysql) and MyLittleAdmin (MS SQL)

    You can access MySQL externally by configuring the IP address in your control panel

    We do not allow external access to MS SQL

    If you down the cloud hosting route you can do it how you want :)
