    Is it possible to just go on the panel from a permanent job. I want to leave my current school and was wondering if I can just put my name on the panal. It's primary school by the way. Thanks

    No. Supplementary panel rights build up based on temporary service. If your school was losing numbers, you may be able to swap with the last in to go on the main panel. But you are not able to simply leave a permanent job to go on a panel to get a permanent job before anyone else.
