Biker gets suspended sentence for assault.

    There was a active thread on Tuesday about the youth who got 4 months for throwing a rabbit into the Liffey and people were debating the severity of the sentence.

    This biker got A SUSPENDED SENTENCE for a horrific assault. He wont serve a second. There is no mention of his accomplices at all?
    "Mr McGuire (45) suffered a broken left ankle and leg and a broken right arm after four masked men, including the accused, all wearing biker gear with the Outlaw insignia on it, entered his shop and beat him with iron bars and a sock containing a belt buckle."

    Can anyone help me understand?
