TDW account access issues

    Anyone else having issues with their accounts? 3 calls to Tdw over last week & still no access. Apparently issues following latest upgrade 4 small no. of customers

    I am also having trouble accessing my account. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Anyone else having issues with their accounts? 3 calls to Tdw over last week & still no access. Apparently issues following latest upgrade 4 small no. of customers

    Still not resolved. 3 weeks at this stage which is pretty poor service. Rang their customer service again this week. They hope it will be resolved over the weekend but didn't sound totally confident

    I tried to access my account a couple of days ago and failed. It would not recognise my password although I tried several times.

    Any update on when access issues are going to be resolved?

    My access issues were resolved about a week ago - no issues during the week. Sounds similar to my issue though
