Heard this phrase today and I'm wondering what does a creditors meeting mean? Does it mean the end of a company?

Sadly yes, company law requires that the creditors of an insolvent company must be able to attend a meeting to appoint a liquidator. See www.insolvencyjournal.ie for more info.

    Cheers
