Hello, Im wondering what it would cost to get a kitchen extension built.

3.5 x 5 m with pitched roof and 2 velux windows

Walls built with 100mm cavity and 60mm insulation.

Using original window and cill

French doors supplied.

drainage, sewer works, radon and concrete floor up to dpc.

All electrical, plumbing, insulating, suspended floor and plastering will be done by myself.

All I want is a water and air tight shell built.

Access is limited to a wheel barrow down side of house
