Go into Tescos/holland & barrett, pick out teas, go to deals/guines, get a fancy box, get coloured crepe paper from deals/one stop shop shred it, pack around tea. Job done.

There's a tea stall in the milk market but I haven't tried any of it so I can't say if it's good or not

You could try The House of Tea. They deliver nationwide.

I'm not 100% but maybe the Health food shop? afaik my friend got elderflower tea in there for hayfever, rather it was actually tea or just elderflower to make tea yourself I've no idea. Arabica do blood orange tea, I dunno would you have to buy and drink it or could you take it home, worth asking.
