Can't hear gunfire anymore in Black Ops II?

    Can hear everything else except for gunshots, used to be able to hear them but it they just went?

    go onto options
    change the volume to full
    and see if that works
    you might of changed it at some stage by mistake
    either that or its your television or cables
    or even just an online bug for some
    see if you can hear them in story

    I found changing your audio preset to supercrunch in the audio settings
