    Howdy,

Hoping some of you familiar with Swords CC might be able to help.

I was interested in joining the club to get into the group spins.
I checked on their website and noticed they have a winter spin running over the Christmas.

I was just wondering, does this supercede the other cycles that would normally run?.

Also, can you just turn up for a spin to see if it suits or would I need to contact the club first to sign up?

    Cheers,
    Stu.

    Hi Stu,

Your welcome to come along on any spin and try it out. You would be expected to join the club if you intended coming along every week.

All the spins on the website are running at the moment. Some of the spins have a contact name and phone number you can contact directly to confirm the meeting time etc. ( Sometimes the meeting time changes due to ice etc.)

Cheers for the quick response Lapierre.

Which spin would you recommend for a beginner with not too many KMs under their belt?

The Satuday leisure Group. Meet 9am at the lord mayors pub swords. Group led by David Blake.

+1 on David Blake's group. Expect 23-24kph, distance of around 50-70km with a tea stop somewhere nice.
I think the same group meet at 10am Sundays too.
