laptop for xmas budget 480

Looking for a new laptop..need it for browsing.dual layer drive and plenty of space and has to have a hdmi slot and i encode alot..wont be playing it for games .have around 480 to spend. Not sure if amd or intel is better processor. Can anyone recommend a laptop
