Far cry 3 won't load

Rented far cry 3 today, fired up the Xbox, asked me to update the system when I popped in the game, did that, it restarted and then got stuck on the far cry loading screen, had to restart it, tried to load the game and the same thing happened again! Was really looking forward to this, so annoying. Any ideas guys?

Could try clearing the system cache which will remove the game update.
