I accidentally rang party line ðŸ˜³ and now I'm getting text messages from them. I've replied stop to the messages but it hasn't worked. Anyone…

Reply STOP to the number and you're good.

If not, note the number (the 5xxxx) one, Google 'ComReg short code lookup', search the number and call them. If issues arise, contact ComReg. Save all messages and calls to people related to it.
