Was in Tesco's offie Rathmines earlier, huge improvement in the range of UK beers and Irish ones compared to last time I was there (about 3 months ago). Theakstons, Youngs, Marstons, Badgers, Wychwoods, amongst others, not top end craft beers but a lot better than the usual Bud, Heino, Carlsberg. They also have a couple of ales in cans (Marstons Pedigree, Badger Ferret and Abbot). Also seen bottles of O Haras Red and 8 Degrees and some Porterhouse.

same in Naas, very good selection of btls plus about 6 ales in cans.

Maynooth not as good, no cans and about half the selection as Naas in btls.

Dundrum is still pretty poor despite the general improvements in the alcohol section.

Nutgrove has an excellent beer selection though.
