hi everyone i have newborn baby,i am currently in receipt of one parent familly, because I am a single mom,and i have a 10 years old son. how do I apply for one parent familly for a newborn baby when I do not have birth certificate?

AFAIK you have to have the birth cert to have a child added to opf.
