Hi folks. Are these any good for (very) amateur pootling about, just the occasional sconse at something interesting I read about on the internets, for example? I currently have binoculars, and not very good ones, so for the sake of €60, should I stick one in the shed?

I think it is actually quite expensive for the very limited use of something like this. I can see this been ok for the moon (visual only) but not much else. This on the other hand ....
