Flat roof repair (felt) - Limerick

With the bad weather the flat roof over the garage conversion has sprung a few leaks. I went up and had a look and it is pretty bad. It will need a complete redoing. It is a felt roof (20 years old) apbout 16ft X 9ft Can anyone reccomend a roofing guy in Limerick to this? I would like to refelt over the existing roof to…

Can anyone reccomend a roofing guy in Limerick to this? I would like to refelt over the existing roof to cut down on costs, but I have gotten estimates to rip up the old one and put down a new one.

Also if anyone has had similar work done would you mind saying what you paid per sq meter.
