Hi,

Have just recently started thinking about building my own house on my family’s land.
Have just been browsing different house types and came across one that I/we really like. http://www.daft.ie/searchsale.daft?id=685233

Would like to get the opinion of people on here, how much do you think it would cost to build a house similar to this? Ideally we want 4 bedrooms. Only 1 ensuite is needed. I love the balconies to the back and front of the house. I know this house is over 160sqm but under 150sqm would be enough room for us. Would be building in Co Clare.
