    I think that's an old article, it refers to Michael Finneran as the Minister, who was a Fianna Fail TD who retired in 2011

    It is strange that they don't have the date it was published on the website.

    Ye I thought so as the last Christmas bonus was paid in 2008 but saw 3rd December 2012 at the top but thats today's date so maybe thats why

    and Copyright 2012 on the bottom

    I'll check tomorrow to see has the date changed :p

    The end of the article also mentions something about the weekend of 6th and 7th Dec, them dates aren't on a weekend this year.

    Vard how long someone has been in receipt of a social welfare payment is irrevelant to the question at hand, and posters on this forum do not have to answer questions like that.
