unpaid wages

    i know this is in the wrong section but can anyone help
    im owed 7 weeks wages the job went into liquidation last may redundancy not in yet but now ive learned that the liquidator doesnt deal with arrears in wages
    does anyone know what i do now
    the liquidator isnt much help just giving yes and no answers

    My firm went into liquidation, the liquidators dealt with the redundancy forms and the back pay forms, i thought they had to confirm to revenue how much your owned. the redundancy will be paid first ,back pay takes longer.
    i think the form can be downloaded from the revenue site for back pay, on the citizens advice site you will get a lot of information there.
