Emobile - Xmas coming... beware

    I would like to let people know that I have had serious trouble with this provider and would warn anybody thinking of signing up with them to beware.

    They shut my partners account down without any warning, and the staff in the shop also provided information which was false. They are now charging her the outstanding amount on her account without any recourse.
    I too have had to deal with outright belligerent customer service who told me to go off and talk to the solicitors about it.

    I cannot afford to buy out my contract but I will definitely not resign with them when it expires in a few months. This is not a cynical backlash at the company, fair enough we were upset with the treatment by them but I would like to make people aware of the way the operate before they get tied into a contract
