Just write to them. give them your PPS number your name (of course) and your date of birth and the name and address of the new post office. here is the address of disability allowance.
    Disability Allowance Section
    Department of Social Protection
    Social Welfare Services Office
    Government Buildings
    Ballinalee Road
    Longford
    Ireland
You dont need a stamp just write freepost where the stamp should be. it should only take a week or two. its no bother.

If you are receiving Disability Allowance you can have it paid into a bank account.

Would make things a lot handier for you I'd imagine?
