geothermal heating system working erratically

    Hi everyone!
I have some troubles with my sofath geothermal heating system. It was installed 4 years ago and after 1 year or so, the compressor went down so I had it changed by the man who installed it (already had a really really hard time getting him to have a look at it).
Now it's working erratically, turning on and off and not working on a timer, as it should. I'm afraid of turning it off, in case it doesn't start again. I can't reach on the phone the guy who installed it, and I tried to call the people in Ireland responsible for the brand, but since it's a gas system and not a water system, they can do nothing about it, claiming they didn't even know there was any geothermal heating system working with gas in Ireland. So obviously, this guy was a conman and I can't find anyone willing to repair it.
I'm a bit helpless right now and the nights are getting cold.
So I was wondering: has anyone had the same problem before or had been in a similar situation? Or has any idea how to get it working properly again?
Thanks a lot and wishing a good day to everyone!!

    Elly
