Camcorder for Hubby - please help!!

Ok Im looking to get Hubby a camcorder for Christmas. We have 2 little boys so its mainly to record them so dont need anything fancy! Budget is in around the €200 mark but preferably under that!!

Was looking at these but if anyone can suggest anything better or has experience of these can you please be honest with me.

I'd imagine it would be better to ask in a camera shop and then read reviews online from those who have bought. You could also try the photography forum on boards
