Quick question guys. Finally got a job in Brisbane. An admin role in Suncorp. Just wondering if I should wear a tie? Or if trousers and shirt are adequate.

Most people dont seem to wear ties here?

Would you not just turn up wearing one on Monday and surely you can figure out whether or not to leave it at home on Tuesday by lunchtime?

Can do that but just prefer not to as its so hot here. No big deal either way.

Easier to take the tie off after an hour than to try put one on.

Congratulations on the job, don't stress about a tie mate.
