    Not 100% on this section of adverse possession in leasehold land, for instances in this scenario A is the landlord, B is the tenant and C is the Adverse possessor, so I understand that B loses his title to the land once C satisfies the conditions for AP, but once the original lease is up, has the landlord any difficulty is reclaiming possession of the land?

    Is it not the norm to be able to e-mail your lecturers with questions? Honest question as at the Poly I went to first of all and now the private college it was/is.

    Yes I know I've an an illustrious education :D
