Unlocked iPhone from Apple Store with 3 mobile sim card

Was going to purchase an unlocked iPhone from the apple website. Read that 3 sim cards can have trouble working with unlocked phones. Any one have some feedback on this? or would I be better off moving network? I am currently with 3 mobile (pay as you go €20 - all you can eat data/free texts all networks)
