    hi,

i'm not out or anything but i'v been thinking it may be a good idea to join some sort of lgbt club to set the ball rolling. i'm mid 20's however so i'm finished with college so the lgbt soc's out and belongto is slightly outside of my agegroup i believe. any ideas? something sports related would be of interest to me.

    What sort of sport?

Rugby? Soccer? Hiking? Skiing? Outdoir pursuits? Squash? Rowing? Tennis? Running? Something else?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Pick up any copy of Gay Community Network and you'll find all the listings for gay sport activities :)

gcn is always hopeless on listings. It might list clubs that fell apart 5 years ago or else not list half of the existing ones

OP the Emerald warriors is a very good club even if you don't want to play rugby, there are a lot of people who still get involved. The club has just started up a women's team too and has a gay friendly ethos, so has LGB members and straight ones too, very friendly and welcoming!
