I need to have a group discussion with a few classmates tomorrow , Monday and I need to find or book a room for a meeting. Is there a facility in the college to book a room or to find out what rooms are free at a particular time.

if not, where is the most likely place to find a spare room around 4pm tomorrow for about an hour?
Preferably somewhere on the main campus

Yup. Go to the Marys in the front office in the Su and they'll sort it out for you.

Can I ring them as well? Have you a phone number for them?

You could always check in any of the Tutorial rooms are free in JH, there is normally a number of them empty so you might be lucky there will a free one at that time.

That question blew my mind too. John Hume building (north campus) has lecture theaters, psychology department, londis and O'Briens. The library's are on south campus but the old bridge is gone.

New library has conference rooms you can book at front desk afaik.
