Just wondering where in Sligo would it be possible to get something spiral binded? Also, would they print the stuff or would I just bring it in with me? Assume it can be done while you wait and not take ages?

I found Core Concepts on the Mall to be expensive for this sort of thing, have you tried the copy shop in wine st car park? I'm sure I got some done there before.
