got myself a turbo trainer the other week, just using my road tyre now (700 x23c) at 120 psi.
im looking at buying this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=83323
it says bar 6.0/10.0 which is only 80 odd psi. Should I reduce my tyre pressure on my road tyre and when i get the trainer tyre can i bring it back up or is it recommended to have it lower on trainers.

    thanks

My reading of that is that the trainer tyre can work between 6 and 10 bar or 84 to 145 psi, since the weight of the bike isn't carried on the tyre on the trainer you just need enough pressure to make sure there is no slip.

Personally I set every thing to 120psi and check pressures weekly.
