memory problem

    I just turned on my laptop and its been running very slow, i was checking different things and then i checked my memory. my harddrive is nearly full. yesterday i had almost 200 gig free on it and all of a sudden i have 20 free on it. I have no idea how this happened. is there anyway of getting something that ill tell me whats taking up the most memory on my system.
