The guy failed to appear for a hearing and a Failure to Appear warrant was ordered. He is alleging that there wouldn't be that many police if it was simply an issue about a FTA.


He has taken it upon himself to follow the BPD and monitor their interactions with minorities. He thinks this is about him investigating their actions.

I agree but he doesn't seem that stable. He keeps talking about this being the end so I'm afraid he does something to himself.

He's been saying that he is getting ready for the last ten minutes. I'm afraid that he is going to shoot himself. The hearing was over a gun incident. I am not sure of the specifics.
