Hi all, just a quick question:
I work night shift. When working a Saturday night I get 12 hours Saturday pay(even though 8 hours are on a Sunday) and when working a Sunday night I get 12 hours Sunday pay etc.

Never really bothered me before as it balanced out but this year I am scheduled to work Christmas eve and New years eve, and even though I will be working 8 hours of both bank holidays I will not get double pay for it(or indeed anything extra for working NYE:(_
Is the legal etc.... I can't seem to find any info on it.
    Thanks.
