    I'm a lapsed vegan myself, but I co-run Sligo Bites, a foodie blog based in Sligo. I'm planning to get it up and running over the Xmas and I was hoping that some Sligo based vegans would be willing to write a blog post, compiling all the vegan friendly places in Sligo town and county. PM me if you're interested! I'd like to make it a resource for people with all dietary requirements, so you'd be doing a favour for all the Sligo vegans and vegans visiting Sligo!
