Top To Go With Skirt

Just picked this skirt up on sale last week
I want to wear it to my Christmas party, struggling to find a nice top to go with it that will dress it up but keep it classy!
I really like this crop top but I'm not sure if it's a bit much?
I'm quite slim, size 8-10, dont have big boobs
so can wear anything really. Would like something more figure hugging, and the skirt will be worn much higher waisted than the way the model is wearing it. I love putting big belts on too 
Anyone got any ideas?
