    Hello,
I wonder if anyone has any experience of the best method of transport from booterstown avenue (Stillorgan rd end) to city centre in the morning and again after work?
I know the 46 goes from the Stillorgan road along to bus corridor to o'connell street. Does anyone know how long this would take in morning traffic? ( I have to be at ifsc for 9am)
Or would I be better walking or driving to booterstown dart and getting the dart to Connelly station?
    Any suggestions welcome
    Thanks

Dart would be the best and quickest by far. Get off at Connolly or Tara Street and you are at the IFSC; 5 minutes from Pearse if you cross over the O'Casey or Beckett Bridge. The 46A and 145 will only leave you at O'Connell Street so the walk from there is about the same as the one down Booterstown Ave for about the same fare.

    Thanks for info.
I had started another thread about parking at booterstown station, a poster suggested i would need to be there by 8 for a space. Any experience of this?

Why would you bother with a car if you can walk? The Rock Road is a nightmare for traffic at peak times, avoid at all costs with a car. The Dart will be busy but much quicker.
If you're within walking distance of Booterstown Dart Station, consider yourself very lucky, and walk to and from the Dart to get to work.

Which would be the best stop to get off at to walk to ifsc?

Tara or Connolly. At Tara you come out the front and cross the river to the IFSC. At Connolly, you walk from platform 7 into the main concourse and out the front and you are at the IFSC. Both work out roughly the same distance and time to get there after getting off the Dart. If it was me i would get off at Tara.

Pearse would be handier if you are working down around PWC or the Convention Centre.

Get off at Pearse, walk down Lombard Street and cross the Liffey. It might save you a few minutes getting in :)
