Need help answering an electrical question

    Its at dc steady state so there will be no current flowing in or out of the capacitor. This means there will be no voltage drop across the 10 kOhm resistor.

    Once you get this point it should just be simple voltage division to find the capacitor voltage which will give you the energy stored in it.
