Racer Tyres and grip

witht he roads getting worse for ice, is it possible to get racer tyres that have better grip, that would make any difference on slippy/icy roads. it seems like a stupid question but thought i'd ask anyway

Its a slightly silly question.

For ice you'd need studded tyres.

When it gets super icy - turbo! just make your sessions focused and don't just sit in front of a film
